Wrap a strip of paper or thin string around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres. That is your circumference.

Fingers swell in heat and shrink in cold. Size at room temperature for the most accurate fit.
Wider bands fit tighter. If a ring is 8mm or wider, consider sizing up by half a size.
If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base, size for the knuckle so the ring can slide on comfortably.
