These Terms of Service govern your use of the Asterion website and purchases from Asterion. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our linked policies.

Store use

You may use this site only for lawful personal shopping. You must provide accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery information and must not misuse the site, its content, or its services.

Products and orders

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Hand-finished pieces and display settings can produce minor variations. We may correct errors or cancel or refuse an order where information is inaccurate, stock is unavailable, payment is not authorized, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices and payment

Prices and currencies are shown for the selected market and may change without notice. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout.

Shipping, pre-orders, returns, and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Pre-order estimates are not guaranteed; customers may cancel a pre-order for a full refund before shipment.

Intellectual property

The Asterion name, site design, text, graphics, and product imagery are protected content and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, Asterion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
