Refund policy

We accept returns of regular-priced items requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Final-sale items cannot be returned unless required by applicable consumer law.

Returns and refunds

Contact us before sending anything back. Approved non-defect returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping for a non-defect return. After we receive and inspect the item, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Size exchanges

Each item is eligible for one complimentary size exchange when returned in its original condition. Contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange it.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. Once confirmed, we will arrange a refund or exchange and cover reasonable return shipping.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment.
