Shipping policy

We currently ship only to addresses in Canada. Complimentary tracked standard shipping is included.

In-stock orders

In-stock orders normally dispatch within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within Canada. Tracking details are sent when the order ships.

Pre-orders

For an out-of-stock size marked available for pre-order, estimated restocking time is 1-2 months. Once finished, the product will be sent promptly to the pre-order customer, with estimated delivery after dispatch of about 3 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment. If timing changes materially, we will contact you so you can continue waiting or receive a full refund.

Taxes, duties, and import fees

Applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are included. If a carrier or customs authority charges you directly, pay the amount to avoid delivery delays, then contact us with your order number and receipt. We will refund the applicable fees.

Delivery details

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Carrier, weather, and customs delays can occur after dispatch. Contact us if tracking is delayed or a package appears lost.
